I’m currently working on a presentation for my Master degree, hence a slight downturn lately. The topic of my presentation is aviation emissions and my research includes some papers on future pathways towards sustainable aviation. (Too much information?) Anyway, in honor of The Aviator, I have a slide entitled ‘The Way of the Future’ and actually after watching this clip from the film, Hughes’ dream mentions part of the problem I’m addressing:

When I grow up, I’m gonna make the biggest movies, fly the fastest planes ever, and be the richest man in the world.

I saw The Aviator on an iMax screen when it was first released, but I haven’t seen it in it’s entirety since. DiCaprio and Blanchett were great as I recall. Must revisit this later. I’d love to use a clip in my presentation but time (and academic credibility) may be prohibitive. I’m going to use this one instead:
